About Oxygen Strategy:

Oxygen is a team of health policy experts working for pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and patient charities. The team has a proven track record of improving access to medicines and positively influencing health policy change. We offer a range of UK and global health policy services for our clients. These include product launch support, brand uptake campaigns, public affairs consultancy, and external relations management.

Our growing team has experience working on over 50 medicine brand teams and multiple patient organisations. Our approach recognises that the complexities of health service delivery are inextricably linked with the political and policy environment. The pandemic has made sustainability of healthcare a priority for policy makers, while social and technological changes are accelerating demands for person-centred care. As a result, life science companies are facing new market access barriers and opportunities.

There is now a sense of urgency for stakeholders to work together in the best interests of society. At Oxygen we want to bring a breath of fresh air to the world of healthcare public affairs. It’s why our company motto is: “We don’t lobby about change. We make change happen.”

Oxygen is committed to creating a diverse working environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, age or any protected characteristic as defined by law. We welcome people who are looking to get back into the workplace or those who may not fit a conventional mold.
