Established in January 2002, PubAffairs is the premier network and leading resource for the public affairs, government relations, policy and communications industry.

The PubAffairs network numbers over 4,000 members and is free to join. PubAffairs operates a general e-Newsletter, as well as a number of other specific group e-Newsletters which are also available to join by completing our registration form.

The PubAffairs e-Newsletters are used to keep members informed about upcoming PubAffairs events and networking opportunities, job vacancies, public affairs news, training courses, stakeholder events, publications, discount offers and other pieces of useful information related to the public affairs and communications industry.

A newly created role with a highly respected, integrated communications consultancy with a reputation for retaining and developing talent, and for its long-standing clients, leaders in their field across a range of  industries. Based in the corporate PR team, you’ll play a pivotal role in the development and  delivery of successful programmes and campaigns for big name clients across a range of sectors, drafting press materials and selling in to print and broadcast media as well as trade, advising clients on the media agenda, drafting media comments and Q&As, and supporting on social media and digital. With a track record in generating coverage, you'll demonstrate a keen understanding of the news agenda and of story generation, and a talent for writing with the ability to produce content for diverse audiences and channels whether that be press releases, op-eds, blogs, tweets, and speeches amongst others. Strong project and time management skills are equally important and you’ll be highly proactive with a positive, ‘can-do’, team-orientated approach.
