Following a year of rapid growth within our Birmingham office, including several exciting new client wins, Snapdragon at PLMR is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to deliver market leading communications and continued growth within the Midlands market. Our office, in the heart of Birmingham, is well placed to support and benefit from the important growth opportunities within the Midlands. This is an exciting time for the business and you will play a key role in its development within Birmingham over the coming years.

Snapdragon at PLMR is a specialist planning, property and built environment division within PLMR, working with housebuilders, commercial developers and investors. Whilst an interest in property, planning and regional economic growth is important, you will also be required to work across PLMR’s wider portfolio of clients – including health, education, energy and technology so an ability to adapt to a wide range of issues and challenges is vital.

PLMR is a successful, fast-growing communications agency with a dynamic, vibrant team that works with high-profile clients and sectors to deliver public affairs, public relations and digital solutions for its clients. Ideally, we are looking for applicants who can demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm about communications and both local and national politics in the UK, including the West Midlands Combined Authority, Local Enterprise Partnerships and local authorities. This is in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be well organised, highly motivated and able to work under your own initiative, meeting and driving forward on deadlines and projects. Whilst you will have the support you need, we are also looking for a self-starter who is not afraid of contributing ideas and strategies both to clients and within the business.
