An opportunity has arisen within PCL for an Assistant Recruitment Consultant. The need is for an individual who is up to date with current affairs, commercially astute, and able to orchestrate relations with clients and candidates alike, across both PR and PA.
Responsibilities will include writing copy for online listings, assessing and shortlisting CV’s, conducting initial interviews with, and maintaining regular contact with candidates, coordinating interviews, liaising with clients and candidates, keeping abreast of industry developments and identifying potential opportunities, maximising social media, and maintaining and updating databases and office systems.
The ideal candidate will be commercially astute with an eloquent yet tenacious telephone manner, able to work well in a small team, have a strong work ethic and be committed to upholding our company’s reputation for professional excellence.
