Award-winning communications agency Pagefield has announced it is expanding its senior team with the appointment of Giles Winn as Associate Partner. Starting this September, Winn joins the organisation from Sky News, where he was Head of Interviews.

Winn brings over eight years’ experience at Sky News where he led the team that secures big news-making interviews, as well as ensuring the right experts and commentators appeared on the channel reacting to breaking news. Prior to this he was Editor of Sky’s Sunday morning flagship political show Murnaghan. As a one-man team, he was responsible for writing, researching and producing the show, as well as building and maintaining relationships around Westminster.

The addition of Winn as Associate Partner sees Pagefield bolster its relationships across Westminster, the business world and the media. He is the latest appointment following a series of senior advisor appointments in March including Dr Gerard Lyons, Debbie Wosskow OBE and Sian Jarvis CB.

Commenting on his appointment, Winn said: “I’m really excited to be joining Pagefield. They’re an excellent agency with an impressive client roster and a great network. It’s a really exciting time for the business – with lots of opportunities for growth – and I can’t wait to get stuck in”.

Oliver Foster, Pagefield’s Chief Executive said: “We are thrilled to welcome Giles to the Pagefield family. His energy, expertise and experience, which spans the world of media and politics, make him a great fit for our brilliant, growing team. As we continue to strengthen our offer, I know that Giles’ background as a journalist, understanding of the media landscape and connections in the media and political world will be a huge advantage to our clients.”
