The New Diplomacy Project (NDP) is a Labour-focused foreign policy think-tank set up in February 2021. Our experienced network of experts provides high-quality briefings and advice to Labour MPs and Peers.
NDP is composed of a committee of volunteers, 35 parliamentary supporters and a wider network of foreign policy experts. It is funded by individual Labour supporters.
About the role
We are hiring NDP’s first ever staff member. This will be on a part-time, consultancy basis. Fixed term (1 year) contract with hope to extend.
It is an exciting time to join NDP. The successful candidate will work closely with the co-chairs and committee to develop NDP’s strategy and reach out to MPs.
It is also an important time to work in foreign policy. You will have the opportunity to work closely with MPs and their staff teams to help craft Labour’s response to pressing global issues, as well as developing future policy.
The policy adviser will report to NDP's co-chairs and meet regularly with the committee.
