This training course will address how accountability and corporate governance work. The course will help delegates define and identify where ‘the buck stops’ and explain the role of regulators and inspectors as well as the media. Local Government, the NHS and Central Government will all be looked at and examined.
This course is ideal for individuals in the public, private and third sector, who are concerned by a lack of accountability. Delegates will learn from good practice on the best solutions to the problems that they face.
