Managing the complexities of your organisation's public affairs agenda is a tall order, and something that can prove a tough 'balancing act' for even the most seasoned government affairs professional.

With this in mind, Parli-training has devised a highly focused training course, aimed at aiding those responsible for the planning and execution of a public affairs strategy. We deliver a finite view on how best to enhance performance, meet internal and external priorities and satisfy the expectations of senior management.

Building upon the strenghts of the first course, "Effective Public Affairs Management", which was established four years ago; the "Advanced Effective Public Affairs Management" course offers high-level guidance on how to manage a large scale public affairs agenda within the confines of a specific plan.

The course also offers core guidance on how to gain influence through high level networking and how to strategically manage your public affairs agenda internally, with instruction on how to deal with potential conflicts of interest and competing hierarchical demands.

The course concludes with a masterclass based on case study evidence on what public affairs activity can achieve and how to devise and execute a high-level campaign in Westminster.
