Dannie Lu Carr

Dannie works as a consultant and business writer (published) where she troubleshoots for a range of companies. Her focus is on creativity and strategy, leadership, pitching and presenting, and areas around confidence and assertiveness, including negotiation, change management and conflict management. Dannie does this through her own company, Flaming Poppy, along with film and theatre production work.

In her other work she is a director, acting coach and script writer. She has worked in the past as an actor and voiceover artist. Intermittently, Dannie is lured back to performing, but, these days, her preferences are in directing, coaching and writing.

Dannie's work aims to empower individuals or teams by looking at everyday matters around confidence, communication and creativity. Her approach is realistic, down-to-earth and supportive, while at the same time, really getting to the core of key issues.
