About the trainer

Steve Dunne is a PR practitioner with over 25 years experience of in-house and consultancy roles.  Steve is a former senior PR manager within British Telecom, HSBC and South African Airways. On the consultancy side Steve was managing director of travel and lifestyle agency Affinity Consulting and a former director of Countrywide Porter Novelli. Until recently he was managing director of Brighter Group, one of the UK's leading travel and leisure communications consultancies. He remains a director of Brighter Group and is currently Chairman of Digital Drums, the UK's fastest growing on-line communications strategy consultancy.

During his career Steve has managed a wide variety of high profile PR campaigns ranging from product launches through reputation building, industrial action, public flotations and political lobbying. Steve still actively pitches in stories to the media every day and is an enthusiastic, passionate and engaging trainer.
