Established in January 2002, PubAffairs is the premier network and leading resource for the public affairs, government relations, policy and communications industry.

The PubAffairs network numbers over 4,000 members and is free to join. PubAffairs operates a general e-Newsletter, as well as a number of other specific group e-Newsletters which are also available to join by completing our registration form.

The PubAffairs e-Newsletters are used to keep members informed about upcoming PubAffairs events and networking opportunities, job vacancies, public affairs news, training courses, stakeholder events, publications, discount offers and other pieces of useful information related to the public affairs and communications industry.

On Tuesday 5 November 2013, The Enterprise Forum has organised a programme of events for its members; A working lunch with MEPs, afternoon discussions with other EU Stakeholders and an invite to the City of London Corporation’s Annual Reception.

12.30pm – Meeting Point at the European Parliament, Brussels

1.00pm to 2.45pm – Working Lunch with MEPs hosted by Malcolm Harbour MEP. MEPs confirmed are: Vicky Ford MEP, Ashley Fox MEP, Julie Girling MEP, Malcolm Harbour MEP, Dr Syed Kamall MEP, Sajjad Karim MEP, Anthea McIntyre MEP, Dr Kay Swinburne MEP.

3.00pm to 4.00pm – Roundtable Discussion with Shan Morgan, UK Deputy Permanent Representative to the EU

4.00pm to 5.00pm – Roundtable Discussion with Claire Bury, Director, Services, European Commission, Directorate General Internal Market and Services

6.30pm onwards – City of London Corporation Reception

We have organised the visit so it will be possible for members to go and return on the same day. Attendance is free but members will need to pay for their own travel (and accommodation if required).
