What would Brexit really mean for Whitehall, business, the UK and Europe? We are delighted that joining our discussion will be Sir Stephen Wall who was the UK's top diplomat in Brussels for five years and worked as an adviser to Prime Ministers Blair and Major. Andrew Gimson, contributing editor at ConservativeHome, will also kindly participate in the debate.

He was British Ambassador to Portugal from 1993 to 1995, Permanent Representative to the European Union from 1995 to 2000 and Head of the European Secretariat in the Cabinet Office from 2000 to 2004. From 2004 to 2005 he was the Principal Adviser to the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Westminster.
Andrew Gimson is the author of "Boris - the Rise of Boris Johnson". He was the Daily Telegraph's parliamentary sketchwriter, and before that the paper's Berlin correspondent. Andrew’s latest book is “Gimson's Kings and Queens: Brief Lives of the Monarchs since 1066”.
