Lexington is currently offering full-time internships (37 hours per week) for its rolling paid internship programme. Interns should be able to commit to a period of three months. The intern plays a key role in Lexington’s in-house political intelligence team. This position offers the opportunity to experience all aspects of work in a busy communications agency.
The intern will have the opportunity to work across a variety of client areas as well as on general political issues, and will work closely with the Political Intelligence Team on a day-to-day basis. Tasks include media and political monitoring, research tasks for clients, event planning and ad-hoc political research projects, as well providing general assistance to the team.
This would suit a recent graduate looking to build their experience in public affairs. We are looking for someone with a good knowledge of the UK political system, excellent communications skills, good attention to detail, and strong organisation and time management skills.
