Whilst the forthcoming General Election may or may not see a change in the colour of the Government there will certainly be many new faces on the green benches in the Commons, with plenty of familiar faces leaving Parliament. The list of MPs standing down already stands at nearly 50, and ever likely to grow even more in the next 12 months.

These changes will have implications for the sectors where existing Members of Parliament have become experts in their field. Riverside Communications have produced the following guide to track recent announcements and what implications they will have across the various industry sectors.

It’s a non-exhaustive guide, tailored to what we think will be of interest to in-house lobbyists and communications people. It covers Select Committees and relevant APPGs. We will of course keep it updated in the run up to the election next year.
