  • Mentoring junior team members and supporting the senior team to manage client team capacity;
  • Developing policy briefings, reports, and strategy documents;
  • Providing political and policy insight across UK and international health systems to clients in a clear and impactful manner;

What we’re looking for

We are seeking someone to join the team from the start of 2026, with proven experience in health policy, public affairs, communications, or a related field, with the ability to step confidently into a client-facing role.

We are looking for someone who is keen to roll up their sleeves and help us to grow. You will have a start-up ‘can do’ attitude and be interested in offering new and creative ideas. We’re also seeking someone who is keen to develop their leadership and management skills and take their career to the next level. You will be ambitious, conscientious and keen to shape your work as your own.

What we offer

We provide a competitive package designed to reward and support our people, including:

  • £38,000 - £42,000 salary, plus an annual performance bonus;
  • 6% employer pension contribution;
  • Private medical insurance, life assurance and critical illness cover;
  • Hybrid working (minimum 2 days/week in our London office);
  • 25 days’ holiday plus an additional day for your birthday;
  • Christmas to New Year office closure (additional to annual leave entitlement);
  • Early finish on Fridays at 4pm.
