What you’ll do
As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of client relationships and delivery, acting as a trusted adviser across a range of health policy, public and government affairs briefs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading day-to-day client engagement and managing both specific components of accounts as well as full account management;
- Mentoring junior team members and supporting the senior team to manage client team capacity;
- Developing policy briefings, reports, and strategy documents;
- Providing political and policy insight across UK and international health systems to clients in a clear and impactful manner;
- Designing and delivering stakeholder engagement strategies;
- Supporting new business development, including proposal writing and playing a central role to pitches.
What we’re looking for
We are seeking someone to join the team from the start of 2026, with proven experience in health policy, public affairs, communications, or a related field, with the ability to step confidently into a client-facing role.
We are looking for someone who is keen to roll up their sleeves and help us to grow. You will have a start-up ‘can do’ attitude and be interested in offering new and creative ideas. We’re also seeking someone who is keen to develop their leadership and management skills and take their career to the next level. You will be ambitious, conscientious and keen to shape your work as your own.
