Hilton is recruiting a Public Affairs Manager (Europe, Middle East and Africa)

We have an excellent opportunity to join our global government affairs function. No week will ever be the same here at Hilton - and you will be surrounded by a supportive and politically-engaged team of professionals working across a range of issues.

The Public Affairs Manager EMEA will report to the Vice President of Government Affairs EMEA and work within the Legal Affairs and ESG function.

What will I be doing?

Working with the Vice President GA EMEA, develop and implement governmental advocacy campaigns across EMEA to achieve company policy priorities.

Build and maintain strategic coalitions and partnerships to achieve legislative objectives, including working with our industry trade associations and other representative bodies.

Support our development and operations teams as they develop and open new hotels in new countries for Hilton, highlighting Hilton’s positive contribution to local economies and communities

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a Government Affairs in-house or agency position, preferably with a UK and European remit;
  • Previous experience in parliament or a governmental institution;
  • A self-starter with great organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and manage multiple issues/campaigns in various geographies;
  • Working proficiency in a second language is highly desirable.
