TCC is a specialist values-driven research and communications company, working primarily with charities and the public sector. We are currently looking for a new coordinator to assist with an exciting project in Southampton designed to engage residents on changes taking place in various parts of the city.

The coordinator will be the driving force for this project, speaking with residents and other local stakeholders about the issues affecting their community. The role will involve a combination of face-to-face, telephone and online public engagement, qualitative analysis and community networking.

  • This will be a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in social research and community organising, playing a key role in a major project;
  • You will need to be great with people, have a flair for communication and be fascinated by what drives people’s perceptions;
  • You will need to be an all-rounder, working hard and learning fast across a range of areas;
  • You will need to work well independently, remotely from the rest of the project team, using your initiative and problem solving.

The role is a fixed term contract, 3.5 days a week from October 2018 to March 2019, with opportunities for flexible working.
