Phil Murphy is the Director of PubAffairs Ltd. and established the PubAffairs network in January 2002.

Phil has been a public affairs practitioner since 1998 and is a freelance public affairs consultant specialising in EU and UK public affairs.

He launched Catalyst Public Affairs in November 2006.
