A Public Affairs Consultant is required to join our busy team in Leeds. He or she will assist with both the consultancy and monitoring functions and would have significant responsibility on a variety of accounts.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Proven experience of working in public affairs (consultancy or in-house), or extensive experience of working in Westminster;
- Very good working knowledge of parliamentary procedures;
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, with a keen eye for accuracy and detail;
- Commercial awareness and ability to secure new business;
- Confident personality;
- Enthusiasm and ability for putting forward creative ideas;
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
- Willingness to work in a small office environment as part of a team.
