An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of a flexible team providing a wide range of public information and engagement services for the Greater London Authority (GLA). You will be primarily responsible for managing and drafting mayoral correspondence, using the GLA correspondence system WriteON and taking public enquiries over the phone. We are looking for someone with good attention to detail and a friendly and helpful manner who will be focused on customer care experience.
At present GLA staff are working largely from home, with office space available at our offices. Over the coming weeks and months, we will moving to hybrid working, linked to our relocation programme. As part of this, you will need to split your time between home working and coming into the office. The Mayor has announced that City Hall will be relocating from More London (London Bridge) to the new City Hall, in the Royal Docks (Please note: The new work address will be Greater London Authority, City Hall, Kamal Chunchie Way, London, E16 1ZE. The address cited in the brochure is incorrect). This role will be based at the new building from January 2022.
