Anyone can have a mental health problem. Yet thousands of people still experience discrimination, injustice and poor treatment. Join Mind’s outstanding policy and campaigns team and help tackle these issues head on.
You’ll manage relationships with 2015 parliamentary candidates and local decision makers like Police and Crime Commissioners and local Clinical Commissioning Groups. You’ll also oversee key aspects of Mind’s activity around the General Election. To succeed you’ll need significant experience of policy, lobbying or campaigning work, in which time you proved yourself to be outstanding at developing and maintaining relationships with a wide range of audiences and have strong political nous.
This is a fixed term contract for two years (from January 2014 until December 2015).
