The PubAffairs network numbers over 4,000 members and is free to join. PubAffairs operates a general e-Newsletter, as well as a number of other specific group e-Newsletters which are also available to join by completing our registration form.

The PubAffairs e-Newsletters are used to keep members informed about upcoming PubAffairs events and networking opportunities, job vacancies, public affairs news, training courses, stakeholder events, publications, discount offers and other pieces of useful information related to the public affairs and communications industry.

Brevia Consulting is a public relations and public affairs agency that provides straightforward political and communications support to businesses and charities.

The Consultancy operates in London, Brussels, Edinburgh, Cardiff, and Belfast. We are a member of ION, one of the world’s largest public relations networks, with 76 partners in 35 countries worldwide. Our modern office is located within walking distance of the Houses of Parliament and we are a member of the PRCA Public Affairs Board (formerly the APPC). We are looking to recruit three Account Executives on to our fast track management programme that offers rapid promotion to the successful applicant. One candidate will be placed into our Health team, another into our Technology team and another into our Nuclear team. With your application, please state if you have a team preference.

You should have an excellent academic track record (minimum 2.1 undergraduate degree and minimum ABB at A Level or equivalent). You must also have proven experience working as a researcher to an MP or for a political party. Experience working at a public affairs agency is very desirable.

Excellent verbal and written skills are essential.

Typical duties include: political and media monitoring, stakeholder mapping, policy research, stakeholder engagement programme delivery, stakeholder messaging development, and select committee training support.
