Vision Group Executive Advisors, a consultancy specialising in advocacy and public affairs, is strengthening its leadership team. Krzysztof Wojciechowski is joining the firm as Managing Partner. In his new role, he will be responsible for developing strategic advisory services for companies operating in regulated sectors and for further strengthening Vision Group’s public affairs capabilities.

Krzysztof Wojciechowski is a lawyer and public affairs expert with more than 20 years of experience. He has developed his career in Warsaw, Prague, London and Brussels, holding national, regional, European and global roles. He specialises in working at the intersection of business strategy, regulation and public policy, with particular expertise in healthcare, FMCG, consumer health, beauty & cosmetics and infrastructure.
Throughout his career, he has worked with companies including Eli Lilly, Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, Johnson & Johnson, GSK, AstraZeneca, MSD and Organon. He has led projects focused on pharmaceutical policy, access to innovation, prevention, European regulation and broader systemic change. He has also helped develop initiatives and coalitions involving public authorities, patient organisations, medical communities and industry associations.
His experience also spans European and global assignments, including transatlantic pharmaceutical and trade policy. He has been involved in the work of leading industry and expert organisations, including EFPIA, Vaccines Europe, EUCOPE and Chatham House. At Vision Group, he will further develop an advisory model that closely aligns public affairs activities with clients’ business objectives.
