We're looking for a communications manager passionate about helping young people to engage in politics and get their voices heard.

The Communications and Digital Marketing manager will support us to raise the profile of a range of education programmes, activities and learning resources in the run up to the next UK general election, designing and implementing a communications strategy that will take us through the next General Election and beyond.

ABOUT THE POLITICS PROJECT

We support young people to use their voice by providing them with outstanding democratic education. We work with young people, teachers and politicians to help them to learn, teach and take part in politics. We are a non-partisan organisation working across the UK. We are experts in supporting young people and politicians to engage through political contact.

ABOUT DEMOCRACY CLASSROOM

Democracy Classroom is a partnership between over 100 civil society organisations that supports young people to engage in elections, coordinated by The Politics Project. The network is in an exciting period of growth as we prepare to support educators and youth practitioners to help young people engage in the next UK General Election.

Democracy Classroom's online hub collates the support available from over 80 non-partisan democratic education organisations. The website collates and offers teachers and youth organisations hundreds of resources, training opportunities and events. By bringing all this information together, we help teachers and practitioners support young people to understand and engage in elections.
