We're looking for an entrepreneurial, ambitious Senior Account Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the UK’s most impactful clients - from major corporates and developers to trade bodies and public sector organisations - across projects that are shaping the places we live, move, and work.
You’ll take ownership of client relationships, lead strategic campaigns, and be part of a collaborative team that thrives on sharp thinking, creativity, and meaningful results. What you'll be doing:
- Leading strategic public affairs campaigns and building trusted relationships with senior clients
- Providing insightful political and media advice that drives outcomes
- Supporting business development and growth, including pitching and networking
- Mentoring and managing junior team members
- Planning and delivering high-impact events and stakeholder engagement
- Horizon-scanning for risks and opportunities in the political and media landscape
- Creating and overseeing compelling content, from consultation responses to briefings and reports
- Managing budgets and helping steer the growth of our Westminster office
What we're looking for:
- A strong background in public affairs, either agency-side, in-house or in government
- Confident in developing and executing strategy across complex issues
- Understanding of UK parliamentary processes; experience with trade associations or devolved administrations a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Media relations and PR experience would be a distinct advantage
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to spot and seize opportunities
- Passionate about politics, current affairs, and driving change
