Fighting talk: Where does power lie in government?

It’s been a tumultuous few months in UK politics. The events at Conservative Party Conference earlier this month have done nothing to suggest things are going to calm down any time soon.

Given Theresa May’s increasingly tenuous position, WA is pleased to invite you to a panel event focused on where the power really lies in government. Is it among May’s advisors, with key members of the Cabinet, on the Conservative backbenches, or somewhere else entirely?

WA’s Managing Director Dominic Church will be joined for this discussion by:

  • Bim Afolami MP – a rising star from the 2017 Conservative intake;
  • Lucy Fisher – Senior Political Correspondent at The Times;
  • Dr Adam Marshall – Director General of the British Chambers of Commerce.

Registration will begin from 8am and breakfast will be provided.

How to attend

We have limited spaces available, so if you would like to attend please RSVP to Peter Fage at peterfage@wacomms.co.uk or on 0207 227 1643.
