Public affairs and strategic communications consultancy Rud Pedersen – with 650 professionals across 20 European cities – has announced the opening of its office in Paris. This move marks a significant milestone in the group’s expansion across Europe.
At a time when Europe, and France in particular, is undergoing profound political, economic, and social transformation, Rud Pedersen is driven by the conviction that companies need more support than ever to understand policy making and how to influence public discourse.
With its new Paris office, Rud Pedersen adds local expertise to its roster of political, regulatory and communications experts across Europe, supporting clients with national and international challenges.
The Paris office will be led by three experienced professionals, each with over 20 years’ expertise in public affairs and communications and a deep understanding of both French and European institutions. Nicolas Castex will be the office's Managing Director – he is a seasoned professional who has led the French offices of a number of international groups.
Nicolas will be joined by Claire Perset as Director, who has significant experience working across public institutions, private corporations and consultancy. Also joining the Paris office, as Senior Advisor, is Olivier Sueur, who has a wealth of experience across international institutions and corporate advisory firms.
Managing Director of Rud Pedersen France, Nicolas Castex, said " I am honoured to be joining Rud Pedersen Group to lead the office in France. Rud Pedersen is a highly attractive company because it is entrepreneurial and has proven that it has the formula for success. It is an exciting time because the business landscape is changing rapidly in France, as it is in the rest of Europe, and in light of this, I believe that Rud Pedersen is well positioned and has the perfect balance of skills to respond to this change."
