Inflect is pleased to announce the appointment of David Tripepi-Lewis as a Director, strengthening its senior leadership team at a time of significant change in how policy is made, influence is exercised and power is distributed across the UK.
David joins Inflect from the Institute for Government (IfG), one of the UK’s leading non-partisan think tanks focused on improving government effectiveness. At the IfG, David served as Director of Partnerships, where he led efforts to build and maintain relationships with commercial, academic, political, public, third-sector, and foundation partners in the UK and internationally.
Since joining the Institute in 2017, David has grown its impact through partnerships, leading senior-level engagement with organisations navigating institutional change across infrastructure and major projects, devolution and place, and the growing role of technology and data in government and public services.
At Inflect, David will support our growing client base to navigate a rapidly evolving institutional landscape – from devolution and local government reform through to achieving credible, long-term political engagement in a changing context.
Emily Wallace, Managing Director of Inflect, said: “We are delighted to welcome David to Inflect. David’s deep experience in building strategic partnerships, his understanding of how government works, and his ability to bring diverse stakeholders together will be invaluable as we expand our work. His track record of amplifying impact and shaping thoughtful engagement aligns perfectly with our mission to be at the forefront of shaping political institutions and delivering positive change.”
David added: “I’m excited to join Inflect at a moment when technology is disrupting policy making, devolution is reshaping where power lies, and trust in politics and politicians is forcing organisations to rethink how they engage and communicate. Inflect’s approach to practical, high-impact work and its commitment to building the political conversation outside SW1 make this a thrilling opportunity, and I look forward to contributing to its growth.”
