The opportunity

The Wise Group’s Engagement and Influence team shapes our external markets through colleague, customer and stakeholder insight, focuses on raising the Wise Group profile among colleagues, customers and stakeholders and extends the reach of our brand inside and out.

We engage our key audiences of colleagues, customers & stakeholders and lead our local/national influencing based on evidence and insight. The team also drives our stakeholder relations and ongoing thought leadership activity. Together this ensures the engagement and influence needed to sustain and grow the enterprise, helping us to become the organisation that people come to first when seeking to inspire positive change.

As key ambassadors for the organisation, we promote and enhance the positive profile of the Wise Group and ensure recognition of its impact and ongoing influence internally and across the UK.

To do that we have two key areas of focus – Engagement & MarComms and Insight & Influence.

In this role you will be part of the Insight & Influence team and will lead the Wise Group’s external relations in North West England, designing and delivering an effective public affairs strategy. This will help to present and promote the Wise Group’s work, and future work, to key political and wider stakeholders. For further information, please see the full role profile document.
